As you are aware, various state appraisal boards and appraiser groups are actively pursuing regulations that will restrict and impact AMCs and the delivery of valuation related services. State registration of AMCs is ongoing, and REVAA is committed to participating in the process in every state to ensure that only reasonable and responsible regulation is promulgated.
